This postcard is written in Czech. Rough Translation:

citát z bible Quotation From Scripture
Nebojte se těch, kteří tělo,
ale kteří ducha zabíjejí
So fear those who slaughter the body and the soul.

The quote is a play on Matthew 10:28, which reads:

Do not fear those who kill the body but are unable to kill the soul; but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

The quote from Matthew uses a capital "Him", refering to God's domain over punishment in the afterlife. The postcard directs it at more worldly origins: the church.

The blindfolded cow is directly compared to a child on his way to school. Being 'blindfold and led to the slaughterhouse' is a metaphor for unwittingly walking to your own destruction, as the child is by being led to school by two priests. To attend religious-led school, according to the Freethinking producer of this card, is to be led to your own destruction -- both body and soul.
