My first thought of this picture is that the vehicle behind them is a bus of some sort, with standing-space for the young girl behind them, but after examination she could be short enough to stand in the cabin of a pickup or car, too. The kids are going someplace -- but, wait! They look tired and cranky and ready to go home, but we need the picture before they leave; sure, you can stay in the car if that's the only way you'll be in the photo. Now, everybody, smile!
