"Now therefore know ye, that this Celestial Dominion herewith does bestow this Certificate of Flight on said Skylines Passenger, who doth solemnly covenant forever and keep it unsullied and to use, recommend, and support Air Transportation to help foster amity between nations and good will amongst the peoples of the earth.

The certificate has two gold seals, embossed with the TWA aircraft, indicating two Transatlantic flights had been taken.
