Buckskin Harry was a local television personality in the mid-1950s, appearing on WDAY-TV. In talking to my older relatives, he was no longer seen on television by the late 1950s, as only those born in the 1920s remember him at all. His show was on at 4pm, after Howdy Doody, in the afternoons.
