This photo appears to be of a classroom of kids on Halloween. Based on the other images in the series, I'd date this to the 1960s, but I'm not sure exactly when in the decade. Hobo, Pirate in a Poodle Skirt, and Felix the Cat are the scariest, although that clown in the back, and the bizarre big-headed pirate are the creepiest. There's a spark of modern commercialism: the SCUBA-diver costume in the middle appears to have an identifying name in the middle (the image is too blurry to make it out, even with a projector's help). The 'bag over the torso' pirate costume is also too interesting to overlook.
