The Dive, KXBW 9.59 is an independent LPFM radio station located in Fargo, North Dakota, playing alternative rock.

Programming

The station was originally run as a Christian Contemporary station by notorious abortion-clinic protester and Christian activist Martin Wishnatsky as "Lighthouse Christian Radio"[1]. The station was organized by pro-life pregnancy clinic The Perry Center under the nonprofit Women's Care Clinic Inc.

On February 1st, 2010 the station relaunched by general manager Ben Larson as a contemporary alternative station, with an interest in contributing to the community.[2] Although the station bills itself as secular, the station doesn't explicitly stay away from Christian music, and does avoid songs that are sexually explicit, promote drug use, or extreme language.[1] The station is still operated under the umbrella of the Perry Center and Women's Care Clinic Inc.[3]
