May Stop The Water

Goodrich Citizen: The carelessness of some people who take water from Jakob Brost's well may cause that gentleman to cut everyone off from getting water there the balance of the winter. He is perfectly willing to let any and all have the water, but when some are careless and allow the windmill to run their barrels or pails over and thus form ice over the walk outside of the yard, thus endangering pedestrians' lives and limbs, he feels he must put a stop to it in some way.
